Alongside her studio practice, she works in art education, supporting art students at the beginning of their creative journeys. The relationship between studio and classroom continues to inform her approach, shaping a practice defined by enquiry, disruption, and materials.

Her paintings centre on the body as a site of instability and reconstruction, drawing on the female experience of mother, carer, and teacher, and how this shapes identity. Beginning with drawing, she builds and disrupts the figure through layering, erasure, and gestural mark-making. Forms move between observation and abstraction, creating figures that feel both present and unresolved.
